This exciting excursion includes the intricate tunnels at Vinh Moc in the DMZ (De-Militarized Zone) as well as the splendid Phong Nha National Park.
Phong Nha National Park boasts beautiful limestone formations, grottoes and caves as well as the largest primeval forest in Vietnam and the biggest limestone mountain range. It was declared a UNESCO world heritage site in 2003, making it the country’s fifth World Heritage listing.

We will pick you up from your hotel in Hue city to drive to Quang Tri where is the DMZ located. We will get chance to visit the war relics; we stop at the frame of church and Dong Ha town; Doc Mieu fire base; continue driving to Hien Luong bridge and Ben Hai River where can be considered as the DMZ during the war in Vietnam.
We drive to Cua Tung beach and the amazing 2.8kms of Vinh Moc tunnels where there are many long tunnels used as the house of the people here during the war. Unlike their counterparts in Cu Chi in Southern Vietnam, the Vinh Moc tunnels remain unaltered and therefore offer an authentic view of underground life. We enter the tunnels and explore the subterranean passageways.
After this, we drive to Son Trach village near Phong Nha cave to stay overnight here ( you can stay overnight at hotel in Dong Hoi )
